The ability to quickly and accurately assess job candidates online and over the phone saves time and money over conventional screening methods. Providing a high degree of reliability and flexibility, People Review, CVD’s customized prescreening assessment solution enables clients to find best-match workers more quickly than ever before, whether screening a group of 300 or 3,000, for hourly positions or mid-management roles.

Each client-customized People Review program is designed with a two-tiered approach; the first tier ensures candidates have the requirements to do the job and the second tier accesses behavioral characteristics.

Innovative Technology

CVD administers People Review using:

    *Interactive voice response (IVR)
     Participants complete the automated assessment over the phone in either English, Spanish or
     French Canadian. Applicant summary reports are delivered to clients quickly.

    *Interactive Web-based
     Participants access a Web site to complete an online assessment. Clients receive results in
     minutes. The Web-based prescreen assessment can be programmed in multiple languages.
